Lead of Secondary Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP)

The ARP provides support for EHCP pupils with Complex Communication & Interaction (CCI) as their primary need, support for their families and development of provision within the main school. The Additionally Resourced Provision offers a range of provision for KS3 and KS4 pupils with CCI needs within a mainstream school setting.
The Lead of the ARP is instrumental in shaping and creating the facilities, resources and curriculum alongside supporting students and families along the way.
You will be an integral part of a package of support that is required to lead a team including specialist teachers and support staff to support the learning and welfare of all targeted pupils. The post holder will provide vision and direction for the team to develop and lead strategies which will impact upon the learning and inclusion of children with CCI needs.
This role involves organising, delivering and evaluating learning for children with CCI needs within Netherhall Learning Campus High school. The post also involves working in partnership with parents/carers and families, the Local Authority (including the CCI strand lead and Strategic ARP lead) in order to build confidence and trust.

Netherhall Learning Campus High School is an 11-19 mixed school based in the Rawthorpe community with approximately 750 pupils on roll.
